Anthony Xavier Tavera passed away on April 14th, 2025, after a brave fight for his life following a tragic accident on April 1st.
Anthony, who was known for his big heart and caring nature, suffered a major brain injury that left him on life support. Despite the doctors’ tireless efforts to save him, his family made the heart-wrenching decision to begin comfort care on April 14th, allowing him to rest peacefully.
His family fondly remembers him as a loving big brother, described as a “big teddy bear” with a heart full of love.
A fundraiser organized by his brother, David Sanchez, has already raised over $500 to help cover funeral expenses. The family expressed their gratitude for the outpouring of support and donations, with Sanchez stating, "Every dollar matters as we give Anthony the proper send-off he deserves."
