Debra S. Albritton, 63, Tragically Dies in Single-Vehicle Crash on Booneville Road in Escambia County, AL

Debra S. Albritton, a 63-year-old woman from Atmore, Alabama, tragically lost her life in a single-vehicle crash on May 5, 2025. The accident occurred around 3:25 p.m. on Booneville Road, near Long Hollow Road, approximately 16 miles north of Atmore, in Escambia County.

Albritton was driving a 2007 Toyota Camry when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. Unfortunately, she was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The news of her passing has been met with an outpouring of support and condolences from the community. One friend wrote, "So sorry for your loss. Sending love and strength to Debra’s family and friends during this difficult time."
