Paige Bell, a cherished former crew member of Motor Yacht Sweet Emocean, tragically passed away recently, leaving behind a profound sense of loss among those who knew her.
Having worked aboard the yacht until December of 2024, Paige was more than a colleague; she was considered family by her fellow crew members. Paige, who would have celebrated her 21st birthday on July 14th, was remembered for her radiant spirit, infectious laughter, and boundless compassion.
Her close-knit community of crew members, including Captain Frank Prest and Captain Stephan Coetzer, shared their grief, expressing how much Paige’s presence lit up the crew’s life, both during long days at sea and in quiet moments spent under the stars.
In an emotional tribute, her family, alongside friends from the Sweet Emocean crew, have launched a GoFundMe campaign to support her family during this challenging time. They hope to ease the financial burden and ensure Paige’s memory lives on in the hearts of all who were touched by her warmth.
In honor of Paige, her family has requested that loved ones enjoy red velvet cake, her favorite, on what would have been her birthday and share a photo in remembrance.
